From summer 2011 all of ECHA®’s on site test kits will be marketed under the MicrobMonitor® brand which is a registered trade mark world wide. This includes the Sig® Sulphide Test for corrosion causing Sulphate Reducing Bacteria (SRB) and the Sig® Nitrite Test for detecting microbes which degrade nitrate based corrosion inhibitors. The tests kits remain technically the same.
