How To Order

Placing Orders for Test Kits and other products

Orders for our test kits and other products can be placed using this website, by fax or letter. Account holders may also place orders by telephone.

We normally require:

• An official Purchase Order Number
• Order Contact Name & Tel. Number
• Invoice Name & Full Address
• Sales Tax (VAT) Number (for export orders only)
• Delivery Name & Full Address (including post / zip code)
• Delivery Contact Name & Tel. Number

Delivery & Availability

For a full list of products and prices see our price list. Nearly all items are available ex-stock and can be delivered Next Day within UK and to the rest of the world within 1 – 5 days depending on location.

For orders for MicrobMonitor2 from Air BP, please follow this link and follow the instructions.

We are currently unable to provide delivery charges for all product / despatch addresses in advance of placing orders.  The following delivery charges will normally apply for next day mainland UK deliveries;

• Upto 5 kilos £15.00
• 6-10 kilos £19.50
• 11-20 kilos £24.95

Your delivery charge will be confirmed on placing your order. Please note biocides may require additional delivery conditions and charges. 

Payment

If you already have an account with us, we will acknowledge your order by return and advise you of delivery times and cost. If you do not hold an account with us, we will acknowledge your order by return, advise you of availability and anticipated delivery time of the goods and attach a pro-forma invoice which will request payment in advance. Payment can be made by bank transfer (including BACS / Swift) or cheque. Your goods will be dispatched as soon as we have confirmation that payment has cleared.

We can now accept Credit Card Payments of the following type: VISA, MASTER CARD

Please note Payments for goods must be made free of any bank charges; otherwise we reserve the right to make an additional administration charge.

There is a minimum order value of £35.

Invoices will be made out in Pounds Sterling (GBP) but we can offer the option of payment in Euros; please advise us when you place your order if you wish to pay in Euros.

Whilst we endeavor to include all necessary documents and certificates to ensure rapid customs clearance, the consignee is liable for any customs clearance delays or charges (Import Duty & Tax) incurred on delivery.

Consultancy and Analytical Services

Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

If you know that you wish to proceed with sample analysis, to avoid delay, samples can be dispatched to our laboratories (see Contact Details) by the quickest possible means (eg DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT) and test requirements, paperwork and order details organised afterwards. We will then proceed with analysis on receipt of samples. For clients who do not hold an account with us, results and our report will be released once payment against our proforma invoice has been received.

Consultancy is charged either on a daily rate or alternatively on hourly rate (with a reduced rate for traveling time if appropriate). An estimate of costs can be given in advance of commencing work.
